In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Helixforge Technologies.
No physical shipping
We sell software and software services. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping or delivery charges, and no delivery address is needed.
How ManaApt is delivered
ManaApt is delivered online: through the web app at app.manaapt.in and, as they become available, the ManaApt apps on Google Play and the App Store.
- Free trial: after you register your building, we set it up and share the admin login within 1 working day.
- Online payments (UPI, card or net banking through our payment gateway): your building's subscription is extended automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment.
- UPI or bank transfer to our account: we extend your subscription within 1 working day of receiving the payment.
Each payment is confirmed with a receipt, and the new "valid until" date shows in your building's app.
If your subscription isn't updated
If your subscription isn't extended within 24 hours of an online payment, or within 2 working days of a transfer, email support@manaapt.in with your building's name, the amount, the date and the payment reference, and we will sort it out.
Custom software for clients
Software we build for a client is delivered online, through the hosting, app-store or source-code access set out in the written proposal, at the milestones agreed there.
