- Pay monthly or annually. Annual plans get an extra discount, and the exact amount is shown before you pay.
- ManaApt Care, the caretaker app (daily tasks, visitors and water meters), is included on the 40 and 50-flat plans and is available as an add-on for smaller buildings.

Paying
All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are paid in advance for the month or year. You can pay by UPI or bank transfer to the company's current account, or online by UPI, debit or credit card or net banking through our payment gateway partner. You get a receipt for every payment.
Helixforge Technologies is not registered under GST at present, so no GST is added to these prices. If that changes, GST will be shown separately on your invoice.
We do not save your payment details or charge you automatically: each month or year is paid separately. Your building's maintenance payments from residents never pass through us; residents pay the building directly.

Web applications, mobile apps and integrations we build for clients are priced per project. Before any work or payment, we send a written quote with the scope, timeline, milestones and payment schedule.
