What this policy covers
This policy covers our company website, helixforge.in. Each of our products has its own privacy policy, which explains what that product collects and why.
ManaApt, our apartment maintenance app, is provided by Helixforge Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. Its privacy policy is at manaapt.in/privacy.html.
For apps we build for clients, the client decides what personal data the app holds and why, and the client's own privacy policy applies.
What we collect
This website has no sign-up, no forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us. If you email or call us, we receive your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you tell us.
When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The website loads its font from Google Fonts, whose servers receive your IP address in order to send it.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, deal with your request and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run our email, phone and website hosting, only as far as they need it to provide those services.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and longer only where the law requires us to keep records, for example for tax or accounting.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
- stop using it where you had given your consent; and
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
To make a request, write to our Grievance Officer (details below). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
This website is served only over HTTPS. Messages you send us are seen only by the people who need them to reply to you.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
